3. Product Customization & Pricing

All products listed on Uphar Craft (including personalized wallets, watches, bracelets, keychains, and festive hampers) are custom-crafted and engraved as per the customer's specific requirements. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though orders already confirmed will not be affected.

4. Payment & COD Policy

Due to the custom-engraved and personalized nature of our products, Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly NOT available. All orders require 100% pre-payment online through our secure payment gateway to initiate production and shipping.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Customized and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the manufacturing/engraving process has started, unless the product arrives in a physically damaged or defective condition.

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video proof.
